  • Technical Apprentice Daily tasks include, reviewing taste panel, carrying out internal specification updates, GMP and Internal audits. on a daily basis I interact with NPD team, QA team leader and operation staff. responsibilities taste paneling, GMP/ Internal audits. projects occur regularly once/twice a month

  • HACCP Level 2,3 and food safety level 3, BRC internal auditing. pragmatic approach towards finer details of work

  • I've enjoyed this programme significantly, working with the staff in the Westerleight site has been a delight. There is a culture of going the extra mile and constant improvement. It has met my expectations.

  • it has been well structured,plenty of support from university lecturers and good support has been provided by staff. improvements could be made in terms of mentored support at work and structured set of tasks available to ensure constant development .

  • very helpful, always willing to lend a hand

  • Doing tasks on site I get a lot of support, general attitude towards helping me is good, accessibility for guidance should be made more available.

  • come prepared and organized. Everybody contributes to your development not just the department you work for.
