Learnt how media production companies work
I think it wasn't well run not organised still not organised. It lacked understanding that actual qualification was not worth it but it was the experience in the company.
Towards the end of the apprenticeship i felt more valued by my team but not by the scheme.
It wasn't
in terms of training we did two weeks of it and extra bits as well so i felt in those terms it was good
I felt my production manager gave me a lot suupport
It doesn't really but you make do
no
Yes
Yes in terms of the company name no in terms of the apprenticeship being not very well run
Think carefully about the company the experience you get is more valuable than the qualification and you have to be able to make and find your own experiences the academy are not helpful with that.
