  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have loved my time at Pinsent Masons. The best part of the experience has been the people, both supervisors and general staff. The work that I was set was taxing but at the same time achievable for someone with limited prior legal knowledge.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Pinsent Masons?
  • Generally as a work experience student the expectation is that you will either just be shadowing or making drinks, Pinsent Masons was completely different, I was being given work for real cases that would be given to clients. I felt that I was valued and also that my work was useful for the firm.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The week before the placement I received a timetable by email outlining what talks I would attend in the mornings and then what time I would spend in departments. It was very well structured and I knew at all times what I was doing when.
