  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • On the first day an induction day was held whereby we were introduced to what we might be ding each day. I was shadowing PwC employees for three days in tax and auditing. The final day was a project that we worked on in a group.

  • I have learnt how to use PwC internal systems and comprise new excel spreadsheets concerning EGAs and other auditing or tax documents for businesses.

  • I thoroughly enjoyed my work experience with PwC.

  • I felt valued and was given many individual projects to complete throughout the week.

  • I felt the structure was well organised to a degree. However, i did not get to shadow consulting when beforehand i was told I was meant to.

  • Yes

  • I benefited hugely from this week and felt as though there was no real downside to the placement.

  • Look up the course beforehand and previous applicants blogs online to get an idea of what you are going to do.
