Business Insight Week Review

The Business Insight week allowed us to shadow various people at one of the offices to see what their day to day job includes. I was in assurance so I was able to see how the auditors collect and verify evidence and I also got to visit a client.

I definitely developed my communication skills by talking to people around the office to ask them about various aspects of lie at PwC. I also developed my skills on Excel as much of the work I did was in spreadsheets.

I really enjoyed the programme as it was my first experience of being in a professional workplace and it also gave me a great insight into professional services in which I hope to work in the future.

I felt quite valued by PwC as my buddy really tried to give me meaningful work and everyone was really friendly and willing to talk to me.

The programme was very well structured with a clear focus on each of the days.

My buddies were all really helpful and gave me a lot of support.

The student recruitment team were all really helpful and answered all my questions.

The salary was great as i didn't expect to be paid and they also reimbursed travel costs.
