I organise and package the 3m vinyl rolls and I make sure the labels are correct and that they will go to the correct place at the correct time . I make sure the colour codes are correct and make sure there are not faults before postage. I also help out in other areas
Yes I have learnt what it is like to be a part of a workplace and work along other people and colleagues and sure my day to day life with random people who I have become good friends with and I have improved my social abilities and my confidence.
I enjoy it very much and it is a brilliant experience that I cherish every moment of and will remember as my first experience of a work place. I don’t even think about the money and that turns out to be a bonus at the end of the month !
I fell pretty valued . I don’t feel like I stand out or that I am a massive contribution to the work place but I do dell like I do my bit and I am protected and and I am respected as a worker and as a person in general and I do like the people
It is pretty well organised and I feel like it has definately been put in place for people like me with little experience
I receive a fair bit of support . Maybe not a load of support but just enough to where I can do my job and enjoy doing it without getting too stuck
I receive a moderate amount of support but my job isn’t really the type that I mee dsuppport with so I’m not really bothered about this question
It is a decent pay . Not great but I don’t have my own house so anything is better I am more here for the experience and be ready to adapt and improve . It is a good way to start in the ladder of life .
Yes this can lead to more physical jobs and higher paying jobs and it simply gives me a lot of options and experience ready for the following challenges of life ahead of me and I don’t regret applying !
Yes
It’s a brilliant environment and I don’t regret much of it ... it’s a perfect place to start for any of my friends .
I would advise it more to first timers or people who are more needy of a job . It’s not a bad place to work but I feel with previous experience there are more suitable options
