  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I some what enjoy this programme I feel like our training provider (Mantra learning) has a negative affect on this programme, the work its self is enjoyable as long as is there is variation but if not then quickly comes tedious, most of the members of staff are good hard workers, the early starts (4:30am) which is the morning shift I feel is more like a night shift, I had very high expectations of this course and so far it has failed to deliver

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Aldi?
  • No, I feel under appreciated by my most members of management apart from my direct manage who does a very good job at making us feel welcome and appreciated at the company, I believe there is a bad reputation with apprenticeship name and so most of the time we get used for cheap labour, Mantra are very poor at making us feel appreciated and treats us like children.

    2/10

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • To start with the course was very messy and had no structure to it but after our direct deputy changed things have been a lot more organized, our previous training provider First 4 Skills where great but now Mantra has taken over it has become unorganised once again.

    3/10

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • little to none since mantra has taken over, they are very poor at organising meetings and also the meetings are very sloppy and they feel like 0 progress is being made and if we have a problem its useless going to them as they struggle to give us a direct answer and seem to lack knowledge on how the warehouse works and will often try to avoid questions when asked

    2/10

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My direct Manager is great at giving us support has he has a wide and in-depth understanding of how the warehouse work and all situations that can occur. Some times the attitude towards us is very poor and I get looked down upon.

    7/10

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

    9/10
