  • You go in and register. Make sure all of the floors are clean and keep all of the products on the shelves neat and tidy. Greet and meet customers and assist them on their shopping experiences. A lot of interaction with customers was required. To include more structure and avoid staff saying 'I wouldn't say it is particularly structured as you can kind of do your own thing and clean the shelves alone and you can talk to whom ever you decide to talk too so it isn't set in stone.'   • Yes, I am more open to new people even though that isn't necessarily a new skill. It helped with my confidence and people skills.   • I enjoyed it but it was quite hard work and quite tiring, you had to stay on your feet and there was always a job to do. The team were so friendly and a lot of the customers were too.
