  • I am on an apprenticeship doing retail my job as a store assistant is working on tills stocking shelves and doing coursework in my spare time

  • I am more confident since starting my apprenticeship I have learnt how to talk to people effectively aswell as many other skills

  • I enjoy my programme very much I am learning so much and having a great time aswell

  • The salary is very good compared to other apprenticeships and just about matches my costs

  • I have had a great time at aldi and feel truly valued as an employee and as a person it is a great company to work for

  • Try your best at everything you do and you will be fine if you are stuck or need help always ask cause everyone is always happy to help.
