  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • During the completion of work experience, I was under the job role of a Sales Assistant. On a daily basis, my main responsibilities were to label, replenish and display stock on the shop floor. Merchandising was another key responsibility, as well as keeping the store organised and tidy. Internally, interaction with staff was receiving tasks, as well as having friendly interactions also. External communications were with customers, either offering advice or helping them find products in the store.
