My work experience with Real Life Media was absolutely incredible. I was thrown into the deep end and was given the chance to do multiple different tasks - helping me discover what parts of TV production I enjoyed. I was working on One Show Films that actually went out on TV, giving me a sense of responsibility. I got to research, fact check, log, script write, search for archive among other tasks. I felt appreciated. I would say that it is a shame we didn't get chance to go on a shoot, but that was never going to be guaranteed. Thanks Real Life!
So many new skills. My first office experience and I was allowed to do different tasks rather than just the same job for the period of time.
Loved it!!!
Praise was given, and my work was kept when it was processed for TV screening. You can't beat that.
Could have been given an opportunity to continue afterwards?
Decent amount, but maybe more would have been appreciated to progress.
Same as above
Unpaid experience. Worth it for the experience.
Not enough.
Yes
Actually working on tv that millions of people will see. Incredible.
