My role was customer team leader. From day to day I used the till and served customers, helped them with their shopping, clean ups, stocking the shelves was the main task I did. My manager always praised where praise was due. There were one or two team leaders that didnt value my opinion or listen to me when i found a different way that was more efficient in my opinion, but overall i felt valued and part of the team

Lots of training and lots of support, sometimes tasks took too long so the later staff would have to work harder to catch up which didnt seem great to me but it all worked itself out

New starters were given a buddy and this really helped me, it was enjoyable training
