  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I've completed NVQ in Team Leading when learn a lot about new techniques and ways of managing. I've been also learning on experience trying to improve things which was already in place. I've also been taking active part when my department been moved to different place and organisation of work changed. • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I've had work divided for units so could split work in tame frames. I was working with Mohammed Kassam and was really happy with his support and tips. I never realized how much I've learned until I've completed each unit. Never thought learning these can be so easy and enjoyable.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Superdrug?
  • I feel valued myself, as I know that my skills improved and my knowledge is so much better. I've also felt great when Mohammed told me I've passed. I know that I deserved it with my hard work. No appreciation from management at all I'm afraid. But my team still see me as good Supervisor which is the biggest appreciation for me.
