  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed a lot of new skills and have also developed on skills I already have. My customer service is a lot better as I am able to help and understand the customers properly! All my tasks at work that I am asked to do, I do to a very good standard. I am a very quick learner so any new skills I am taught, I am able to pick up very quickly.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Savers?
  • I feel very valued by savers. I've felt happy and safe at work. I've never felt left out, they have always been there for me if there has been a problem. They are very good with my hours of work as I have other commitments outside of work which has made my work and personal life really good, as I'm able to have both.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very well organised and structured, I'm able to complete all tasks and learn new things whilst working. Then, I have a lady come to visit me between 10-12 weeks to sit down and go through my work book with me to see how I'm getting on and to mark what has been given me.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My salary isn't bad but isn't good either. It gets me through with what I need whilst I am still young and living at home. However I wouldn't be able to stay on this amount of money as I wouldn't be able to afford to move out or do the things I would love to do.
