  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My team deal with users access to systems. We manage and maintain internal users system access, we are in charge of adding and removing access. So when memebers of staff join or leave RBS we would be the team that deals with this, also when memeber sof staff change departments they may need access to other systems so we would grant this.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my job role but I don't enjoy the apprenticeship side for the main reason is that both sides do not match. I am studying for a bankers award but my job role is nothing to do with banking, so my qualification is irelivent.
