  • Credit Operations, Working with Vulnerable Customers who cannot afford their energy usage so we aim to get them into an arrangement where they can start paying off their balance over a set amount of months or to get them 3rd party help.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Being able to communicate with a wide variety of people and tailor our service to suit their needs. Being able to have a conversation with them and direct them down the path we need them to go in order to get them to open up.

  • I Enjoy the aspect of being able to talk to people all day.#

  • You get thanked for the work you do and if you do something exceptional you are recognised for it.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There are multiple departments that deal with specific parts in the company that you can go to if your department is not able to handle a customers situations.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • You get lots of paperwork and guides to be able to understand the job role and are given lots of support if you don't understand something or finding things difficult.

  • You get a lot of benefits, holiday allocations and get given lots of help by people who have been there longer that can provide the support needed.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • After Paying bills, rent, etc... there isn't much left in order to buy food for the month and to get clothes, gadgets and to save up money. You live paycheque to paycheque. - but that's how it works on an apprenticeship wage.

  • there are but don't get the time when working full time as you can be tired during the weekend to do anything.

  • 9. Would you recommend E.ON to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Good company to work for, lots of benefits incentives and if you suffer medically or physically they compensate for it and give you lots of support.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON?
  • Be wary that there is a lot of hard work and each day is different.
