  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is well structured, there is plenty of training and support if needed. The team work is useful and tasks are delegated depending on ability, such as easier jobs when starting. The induction was useful and explained all sorts about the company, useful before starting.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It meets expectations for an Apprenticeship, relatively similar to other apprenticeships of the same level. Costs at work are low and although travel to and from is expensive for me that is only due to where I live.
