  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I'm a Software Test Analyst. My tasks include analysing requirements to create test scenarios that offer the greatest amount of coverage. I am then responsible to ensure I have the required test data to fit the scenarios and once the code has been deployed, run the scenarios. Any defects that are found need to be raised with a proper amount of detail and then tracked until they're able to retest.

  • The trainer supporter offered adequate support but never went over the basic requirements of their role. They had a positive attitude and would help me resolve any issues if they could but were never too hands on with the job.
