  • I was working in ITRA, and shadowed several managers before then researching MA, MO and ITOps, and worked on a budget tracker for a significant part of my internship.

  • Furthered my skills on Word, Excel, a specialised EY randomiser tool and also interpersonal skills as I worked alongside a team

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoyed the programme and am excited to go back for the second of 3 internships.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by EY?
  • I feel very valued, as the work I did was part of a large team effort for the client, as I worked on client site for the most part of the 4 weeks.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was well organised as we had our day and a half of training and then were each sent to our corresponding teams

  • I received a lot of support, as we had check-in calls every so often to make sure I was happy with what I was doing

  • A lot, as they were very supportive and helped me whenever I asked questions

  • Very well, covered all my transport costs and more.

  • Not that I'm aware of, besides those that we organised among our small group of Scholars

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I really enjoyed my first internship with them and am excited to start the next, so would definitely recommend to a friend. It's immediately clear that EY does focus on its people, which is refreshing to see.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
  • Really get to grips with Vision 2020 as it's a large part of the application process
