1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a project planner apprentice, the scheme consists of 4 six month placements which vary in style, workload and the type of work carried out. My current placement involves me carry out maintain and scheduling on various projects Carrie out.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills and have gained a great deal of knowledge not only through placements, but also through internal, external and diploma training.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy my programme and couldn't be happier with what I have achieved from it.

4. How valued do you feel by Transport for London?

I feel valued as apprentices play a big part in the company past and present.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Placements in terms of objectives could be more structured, however I am proactive.

Lots of support by phone, email and face to face.
