  • I am a medical receptionist and administrator. so my roles is to receive and Make calls, answer and deal with patient queries in relation to their health. I am Aldo at the reception greeting the pubic/service users and helping them and aiding the doctors and other staff members.


  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have developer my confidence soils, interpersonal skills, ability to think on the spot,


  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy !my programme quite a lot but some parts of the programme do feel a bit dry


  • 4. How valued do you feel by NHS?
  • Yes quite valued


  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Fairly organised

  • I have a menetor who sends me regular emails


  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer supports me in terms of both my work and studying

  • Its okay

  • No not realy


  • 9. Would you recommend NHS to a friend?
  • Yes

  • Yes for those wanting to go into medical administration its a great start and equips you with lots of skills although very challenging and fastpaced the experience is great

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
  • Research into different apprenticeships and see what each can offer you personally in terms of growth and development. Also see what has opportunities for the future
