I am a medical receptionist and administrator. so my roles is to receive and Make calls, answer and deal with patient queries in relation to their health. I am Aldo at the reception greeting the pubic/service users and helping them and aiding the doctors and other staff members.
Yes I have developer my confidence soils, interpersonal skills, ability to think on the spot,
I enjoy !my programme quite a lot but some parts of the programme do feel a bit dry
