  • So part of the programme is you get to rotate every 6 months. Suppose the job role varies depending on what team you are in. Some aspects involve data analytics, client interaction etc

  • Yes i have pass AAT level 3, now currently doing AAT level 4.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It helps breaks the boundaries and sterotypes with Corporate firms that you have had to of went to a provate school/Russel group Uni. Once you are in your teams you feel no different to the others that came in from uni

  • 4. How valued do you feel by KPMG?
  • Feel valued to an extent ie get the staff benefits etc. However the pay does not reflect the work we do or represent our value. Ie I've nealry been here 3 years now and have more on the job experience/relevant knowledge than a Grad, but yet the pay doesnt reflect this.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Good strucure as you do get to do rotations. However the resource team can be very slow at telling you when you are moving teams.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Yes BPP do offer support as you can email them with Queries you have

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • You have a performance manager allocated to you. However they can be really busy at times and there may be instances where do you have any interaction with them for some time

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It is well for a starting salary, but then when you gain expertises/experiences/knowldege more than a new grad coming in, it doesnt reflect a true and fair representation.

  • Yes- you have 2 days a year for CSR

  • 9. Would you recommend KPMG to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Its a great opportunity to get into the corporate sector with vast opportunties available


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KPMG?
  • Read up on the values. Be prepared that it says 9-5 on the contract but sometimes/most times you will be working later
