  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy that we get to move to different departments in the programme. I have also found the people at KPMG to be very friendly and supportive when it comes to seeking advice and asking questions.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by KPMG?
  • I feel that in most of my placements I have been valued by team members as they often show appreciation when I complete my work. Occasionally I can sometimes feel slightly undervalued if I'm given admin work to do for a long period of time.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I don't think the programme is very well organised as it keeps changing constantly. We are often told about things last minute and changes are made with consulting us about them first.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I think we are paid well compared to other apprenticeships available in the country. However London is very expensive to live in and I feel like we could get paid better considering we do the same work if not more work than graduates that are the same grade as us

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
