  • I am a Highways Technician apprentice on a 2 year 3 month scheme in which I have seen a large variety of the works going on in TFL surface transport my scheme involves 4 6 month placements around the business so day to day activities mainly consist of help and carrying out work within whichever team you are placed with so daily activities vary but right now I am working with the bus infrastructure team and carrying out designs and reviews of designs and attending site visits to see the progress on site and assess the works to make sure they're sticking to the design
