  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My company pay for all my study and training which is very supportive. I think this helps with the salary as to pay for all my own studying would be expensive. As I do not live in the same town that I work in do spend quite a bit on travel costs a month. The only downside is having to use annual leave if I would like the day before my exam to study.

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend Moore Stephens to a friend because it is a great place to work. Plenty of support is provided by both my team I work for and other departments within the company. The study package is a great incentive for the job and all the support given is also very helpful. The environment is a lovely place to work as everyone is very friendly

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BDO?
  • I think the application process has changed slightly since I have started however the main advice would be to relax in your interview. Video interviews now take place and my advice would be to make sure you are well prepared. New starters should also not be afraid to ask questions as everyone is here to help and provide support for you to achieve.
