  • on a day to day role i perform statutory audits as part of a team in accoutnacy at grant thornton including preparing working papers and then 1 day a week i attend college to train

  • i have learnt mulitple skill through the jobs on hands approach and through college

  • the program is a great way way intot he industry though at times is very demanding to balance both sides of leaarning and working

  • i feel valued that they see me as part of the team and i pull my weight and perform like the others though sometimes it feels they delegate just because youre lower

  • very well organsied it si all planned out

  • kaplan is not great but they try

  • a lot theres a team you can ask anythign and they will try help

  • the salary is well paid though it sometimes struggles to cover the costs that the job inccurs when youre away from home
