I currently work on a continental shift pattern responding to breaks down and carrying out preventive maintenance operations.
I joined this apprenticeship straight after finishing my A levels with very little engineering experience and knowledge, but already am resounding and carrying out maintenance tasks on my own.
The program is laid out in an brilliant way, by being mainly work based with blocks of college.
Very
The ratio between college and work is prefect since, due to a block system.
Throughout the course you cover about a year worth of work. Covered over 4 years. As well as being supported whilst at site.
A mentor is assigned to you at your sites which regularly checks on your progress and support you when required.
The salary is prefect for an apprenticeship and Arla also covers all costs whilst at college.
Yes, like farm tours and going to other Arla sites to see the different ways each Arla sites varies.
Yes
Since I am enjoying what I currently do and they treat their staff correctly.
Be youself
