  • I work as an assistant to bank managers in a commercial role helping customers with their daily banking needs

  • I have learnt how to use a lot of new systems and about banking as a whole and what it is about and how it is done

  • I somewhat enjoy my programme

  • I feel valued by other staff however not very valued by RBS

  • It isn't very organised as I have had to teach myself everything I know

  • Without my outgoings it is quite a high salary and the skills you learn are good for future roles

  • Talk to someone about the interview process and get your head around what the job actually is before you apply
