I am an Dairy Engineering Apprentice, I help engineers on my site and also gain expierience needed to do my job. I had to do a project for my BTEC qualification, this helped me gain the skills needed to complete this such as working with other departments.
Gaining the engineering knowledge I would need to complete my apprenticeship. NVQ3 BTEC National Diploma Electrical Training at work Working with other Departments
I have really enjoyed the progamme so far it has helped me with a better understanding of how the manufacturing industry works and also how to maintain the equipment
I feel very valued by Arla Foods
The organisation of the course could be better some times but most of the time it is organised well
I feel there is good support from MGTS, there is good facilities provided
I recieve alot of support from my employer
I have a very good salary for an apprentice and as I am living at home it gives me the chance to save for future
Yes the company puts on events to help employees socialise and we also have open events on site.

I feel it is a very good company to work for and there are plenty of opportunities for people
