  • Assistant Relationship Manager- Helping the RMs to gain a good NPS scores, dealing with existing customers and their needs and looking to get new business'

  • I got my professional bankers certificate a month early, I attended different departments within the bank, I have done talks at schools as well as my GPL modules

  • I enjoy the work, however the apprenticeship itself isn't great

  • I feel very valued, I have had the opportunity to talk to senior members of staff which was very good

  • a lot, they have taught me everything, my manager and colleagues in particular

  • Good at the moment

  • Yes there is, a lot of networking event, not a lot of sports clubs unless in central London which is a long way to get to

  • Yes

  • I believe it's a great place to work, even with the restructure you still feel valued and you feel as if you can talk to anyone


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Revise on your own, the provider isn't very good or helpful
