  • My computer skills have drastically improved during my time as an apprentice, especially within Microsoft Excel as this is a programme I use daily for many tasks. As well as that, I feel my communication skills are constantly improving due to the many day-to-day interactions I will have with people from different areas of the bank.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The enjoy the work I Do and I am extremely satisfied with the colleagues I work with, as they are always happy to answer questions and offer assistance. It is also encouraging to see the company's ambition to constantly improve the culture within the work place. In terms of the apprenticeship side of things, I feel it is very general and would prefer a qualification that was more job-specific.
