  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The questions were very strangly worded and was difficult tonunderstand some. The course and materials do not leave much spare time for me to complete them. As i work 48 hours a week, when im not working im with my family so the course was too time consuming. And as i have found recently you realised this and made the course easier and shorter for new candidates

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Greene King?
  • The same as i did before. Myself and a few other members of staff were verbally promised a slight pay increase on completing the course which a number of us didnt get. In spite of this i still believe greeneking is a good company to work for.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Helped in terms of translating the difficult questions into words i understood. Overall helped me if i needed itnbut agreed that the time scale i was originally given, and the amount of work that was needed to be done whilst trying to complete my normal working day and spend time at home was not sufficient.
