  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program which I am currently enrolled is very rigorously structured and provides a good amount of support and training at both the induction and afterwards. I have always felt that I can ask for help and am never in a situation where I fell as though I am unprepared or don't know what I'm doing. We also have weekly meetings where we catch up[ on any work that has been done or any outstanding work to be completed for the week. This also gives us a chance to delegate and assign roles.
