Really great experience - professional environment but friendly and structured so not afraid to ask for help
Sometimes don't feel valued as no acknowledgement of my contribution - but other times my line manager compliments work i have done
Very well structured - t times too structured - doesn't leave scope for creativity or contribution -
A lot sometimes and other times scanty
A lot at times - structure good and regular checkins with me to make sure I am happy and on track - however not always when i need them
Living in London a struggle - transport alone wipes out salary given and no free lunch - so difficult - could do more to make it easier
Not many extracurricular events or workshops or incentives - and no real way into established work events unless aksed
