Work Experience Review

My role involved learning about different parts of the business by working with different staff members, and involved tasks such as filing, accounting, and using spreadsheets

I developed my organisational and communication skills, and learnt how to use a computer program used for making sales with clients

The people I worked with were friendly and the company as a whole was willing to locate me in different parts of the business that I wanted to work in

I feel quite valued in terms of internal recognition, i also had good appreciation from my manager and staff members on completing my time there

It is quite well structured and I had a mentor during the programme who helped a lot, there was enough time for training and studying alongside my work

A good amount of support, and guidance with problems I had

There was a good attitude towards being supported by my mentor and HR, my manager had little time to see me but that was to be expected

The salary met my costs

there were a few company activities but I didn't take part in any of them
