  • Fully enjoyed the programme. Although the pay was terrible, the experience was great and set me up for life

  • Quite valued. It was fun while it lasted, but it's not the career for me

  • Very organised. I got all my assignments in on time and received a merit qualifaction

  • Not much, just enough really. They let you get on with it and I liked it that way

  • Same as above. Just enough to get through

  • Pay was poor, although as expected for the programme

  • Yes, customer service is an essential skill!

  • They set me up for life. I am now more confident when dealing with customers
