  • Loved it - gave such a varied set of skills, helped me to get my job, used for interviews and applications etc.

  • I am always welcome to return, I completed my asessor certificate so am now qualified as well. I would always return in the future

  • Fully organised, training course every month to quality, travel to Cambridge HQ for training, complete set of guidelines and my own trainer.

  • Excellent, got my own trainer to guide me, one to one experience, could always go for extra help

  • Lots - work closely with training team so always know my progress and any additional needs etc

  • Voluntary, got paid for petrol though at 50p a mile so great!

  • No, confidential nature of the role, but there is chance to travel to other branches

  • Follow training, always ask for help, watch others interact and you will learn mountains.
