Warehouse Stacker Review

Warehouse stacker Main responsibilities were to stack/move, arrange and load pallets on and off of lorries. Generally a labourous job with good pay. generalsuties include cleaning of warehouse area and yard aswell as occasional recording of pallets and odd jobs. short staff retention despite promises of contracts. Pluses are great break arrangements, generous food discounts for your shifts. Training on warehouse machinery however are not transferable to other jobs.

no new skills were learnt on this occasion.

The programme was difficult however this leads to great team building opportunities.

Aldi value there staff through schemes however work place is tribunal.

Well structured when things run smoothly.

Alot of training and support/tips to be the most productive.

our employers made sure we were safe on site and generally cared abour treatment by senior staff.
