"IT Manager" - I was in charge of overseeing IT functionality as well as general admin tasks at a business conference.
Certainly benefited my interpersonal skills as well as ability to adapt on the spot when things didn't quite go to plan!
It was hard work but a great experience. I'd do something like it again.
The manager was quite short and sharp but he did appreciate the work.
Quite limited in structure as the company is small and due to the nature of the event we had to be flexible.

My employer was mostly on hand to answer queries but expected me to be largely independent.
The salary was very generous.
As the conference was in London we were out in town every night!
