  • I am an apprentice machinist for Sheffield Forgemasters. I will be creating high quality components, by machine, for the engineering sector.

  • I enjoy the technicality of engineering and how precise machining can be.

  • It's structured well and organised well.

  • I receive a lot of support for the areas I require to develop.

  • It meets the costs well, in terms of costs it's only really travel.

  • I'm not too sure, I haven't really looked into it.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It's a brilliant career, you can learn a lot. And when fully qualified, you can also earn a lot. There are also a lot of paths you can go down if you desire a change.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sheffield Forgemasters International?
  • Keep on applying, I was applying for engineering apprenticeships for roughly 2 years until I saw this brilliant opportunity.
