i did work experience at a primary. i taught groups of children, taking over the role of the teacher and actively participated with the school.
i learnt communication, interpersonal skills and safety
i really enjoyed the whole thing. the interaction, the responsibility and the satisfaction i got from knowing i was doing good
i felt valued, by the teacher and the children, who really appreciated my help
it was very structured, specific time allocation to certain subject and breaks
the provider was very friendly and supportive
they were laid back and easy to get along with
i didnt get paid
none were advertised but i could have if i asked
