I was a fullstack web developper , in a daily base i was in charge of changing the frontend and the backend of two different wordpress websites , and i was also in charge of the rss feed of some of their websites.
Before this training i wasn't able to manage the rss feed . But now i am able to do it thanks to this training. My tutor was helping me and supporting me a lot .
My coworkers were nice , i had a lot of different coworkers from all around the world so i was able to know more about some foreign culture and also getting advices from other people.
My manager was very happy of my work , all the tasks were done correctly. He even proposed to me to do another training with them , and i will be happy to do it again someday.
It was almost all the time organised in a good way , but sometimes due to server problems i was stopping a task to do another which is more urgent .
My tutor was helping a lot learning new things . He was sending tutorials and even helping on his lunch time to learn other things and helping learning new skills.
I was receiving a lot of support for my manager ,my coworkers and also the human ressource team which were really nice with me and helped me to do some administrative paper i wasn't able to do by myself.
I wasn't paid for this training ... So i can't really respond to this answer , because i was managing my living costs with the help of my parents and not with a salary
No they weren't many opportunities outside of work , but still we enjoyed going to eat lunch together , and also to play video games and also watch the football world cup together.
Yes
Because It's a good way to learn new things and get more experience , the tutor will be very helpful and he will teach you how to use new stuff and so get new skills.
Be confident. Don't be shy , apply to a lot of different companies and don't restrict yourself to only one or two companies because they are worldwide , in the small companies you may be able to learn more .
