  • My confidence grew massively as I had to interact with lots of people, as well as time management and the ability to work under pressure

  • I enjoyed it as much as you can enjoy unpaid work - moderately but not massively

  • The managers made me feel very welcome, settled me into the job quickly and came quickly to my rescue as and when needed

  • there wasn't much variety in the daily jobs/tasks I'd fulfill but it was organised well

  • My training provider excelled above and beyond expectations to ensure I settled in well and coped with the job
