I really enjoyed doing my work experience at boots. It gave me a fantastic insight into the word of retail and the beauty industry

I have learnt great customer service skills through shadowing colleagues on the tills and see how they deal with customers if they have an issue

I enjoy the programme a lot as it is a shop I go into frequently. So it was nice to see what goes on behind the scenes of the shop

I feel very valued by Boots everyone is kind and friendly and willing to help you with anything you may need

The programme was very organised, I was always aware of what was happening each day through an itinerary

I received a lot of support from my training provide, if I ever had an issue they were able to sort it easily and quickly

Same as before, if I have an issue the issue is usually solved quickly. It's nice to have approachable staff

due to work experience I did not receive any salary but I would hope it would meet my needs
