My role on a day to day basis includes answering the phone and acting as the front of desk/receptionist for the company. I also set up new clients that come into the business. I chase clients for information that we require to do our job.
I have learnt a lot of new skills since I have started working at my job. One thing that I have expanded in is my knowledge of IT software.
I enjoy my programme very much.
Unfortunately sometimes I do not feel valued, however, other times I do feel valued.
My programme is very organised and is of high importance.
My training provider provide me with as much support as I require.
My employer is very supportive and will help me with any quueries that I have.
My salary meets all of the costs involved with regards to the course I am attending.
There are not a lot of opportunities outside of work.
Yes
The course that I am doing and apprenticeship is very helpful for the job I am wanting to go in to.
One pieve of advice I would give to others that are applying is that I think they should not be put off if the pay is a low wage, as you are receiving a job and are being paid to study.
