    • 4x 6 month rotations. My current rotation is to aid a project in raising changes to hardware infrastructure

    • Yes, I heave gained experience in an ITIL framework environment

    • I do enjoy it however I do not enjoy the graduate scheme - there is too much admin to do and too much 'game playing'

    • Not valued at all - I'm just a number and I fear being made redundant at any minute, as graduates have been made redundant recently.

    • there is no training.

    • support is okay, I have a graduate manager as well as a work manager

    • pay is excellent, but I feel its money paid for lack of job security

    • It's decent pay despite the negatives

    • Be prepared for disappointment, but its a job at the end of the day, and it pays well.
