Vehicle Checker Review

My role was checking vehicle when they get off the production line and making sure the I got my part of the job done in time.

I have learnt to work for a deadline and work in a team. Furthermore to work within a certain time frame and work together as a group

I enjoy working with my team and working my job as I can enjoy it and it is challenging.

I feel valued as I feel like I am part of the team and get treated the same as everyone else.

My programme is organised and well structured as I am able to know what my job is and I am aware at all time if any problems have occured.

I receive a lot of support from my training provider as I know what jobs I am meant to do

I do receive some support from my employer but not as much as I would like and I don't get as much assistance on my job

My salary is alright not the best but it is better than other jobs I have seen and the pay they give.

There are some opportunities outside work but difficult to get the right job .

Yes because they can learn new skills and can get some hand on experience

It is a very good place to work you get paid well and you receive tood training for your job and to develop your skills
