my job title is customer service assistant and i help customers on a regular day to day basis with there concerns and issues which vary everyday
since starting i have done training, learned new skills such as people skills, communication, window shopping skills and many others and im continuing to progress and learn even more
being apart of this team and helping the company succeed is great. This company i would recommend to anyone wanting to begin there career or just wanting to find something new as there is much to learn working here with this great team.
i feel very valued. As there is many ways i can progress further in the company and even learn a great deal of new skills. Everyday can bring on new challenges.
the programme they currently have in place here is bery well organised and the support and training provided is very easy to follow and understand. Perfect for new workers or someone just looking for something different
plenty of support is given from your training here from Videos, Lectures, Hands on training for 1-2 weeks deepening on how fast you pick things up. Very enjoyable to learn from people who have been working for many years here.
plenty of support is given from all departments any questions or issues you have the door is always open so you can speak to someone and discuss and sort issues out
salary is very basic. But there is always opportunity's to do extra hours which can help make your payslip at the end of the month that little bit more. Also every month you can earn a bonus up to £25 which all adds up.
during holiday seasons such as easter, halloween and christmas there is free company partys in local areas as a thank you for staff for there hard work. Throughout the year there is local fundraising events too to help charity's which change each month

if your considering applying for tesco i recommend you be yourself at the interview and try not to be too nervous as it's a very friendly work environment for anyone.
