  • 9. Would you recommend Santander to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Santander is a company that takes its pride in employee satisfaction. I enjoy being here because it feels like one big family, although you are required to work very hard, there are also the rewards, and the office atmosphere is extremely enjoyable.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Santander?
  • Be yourself, rather than being something that you might think they want to see, act natural and show them what you can do. Don't let the pressure get to you, when you are in the interview, make it seem as though you are talking to your friends, and that is something you enjoy doing. You want them to know how you can handle the pressure of an interview and of potential nerve racking moments. Make the most of every opportunity, if you get the job, introduce yourself to people, make sure people get to know who you are and what you do, you never know when you might need them down the line.
